SME Capital is pleased to be supporting Tevalis Limited with their recent funding package to support their growth plans.
Tevalis is an award-winning EPOS, Enterprise and Integrated technology solutions provider to the global hospitality industry, headquartered in Yorkshire. Tevalis has installed more than 10,000 systems globally and seen as a trusted partner by its clients. Tevalis has already invested significantly in its growth strategy, and with this additional capital is in a strong position to accelerate its growth further, develop new products and integrations and increase its market share in the UK and internationally.
A bespoke 5-year funding structure was agreed with SME Capital to support the growth strategy for the business.
Tevalis CEO, James Cook, said: “This new funding is enabling us to drive growth, invest in new product development and continue providing market leading solutions to our clients and accelerate our growth strategy in the coming year"
SME Capital Regional Director, Timothy House, said, “From our first meeting with management it was clear the business provides a differentiated position in the market and is well placed to embrace the consumer habit changes in the sector. SME Capital are delighted to support James Cook MD and James Butcher FD and we look forward to working with them”.
The arrangement was facilitated by Dean Stoyanov and Christian Robinson from PWC Advisory, with Richard Sealey providing legal advice to SME Capital.
Dean Stoyanov, who structured an undisclosed bespoke lending package to assist, said, “We are very pleased to have supported James and the wider team at Tevalis deliver this deal. We were impressed with SME Capital’s ability to structure a flexible funding package that has unlocked the opportunity for Tevalis to further invest in its growth.”
