SME Capital supports Acacia Training with Growth Funding

SME Capital is delighted to be providing Acacia Training, one of the top 20 training providers in the UK, with a significant refinance and expansion facility to support the next stage of their growth strategy.

Founded over 20 years ago on the principle of wanting to deliver work-based learning and further education (FE) differently, Acacia Training continuously looks for new and innovative ways to meet the everchanging needs of their learners and employers. 

Acacia Training provides specialised career packages in key sectors such as Care, Health, Beauty, Business Management, Sports and Fitness. Their range of programmes are designed to meet every individual’s career needs, from apprenticeships to eLearning and everything in between.

Commenting on the deal, Mike Millington, Regional Director at SME Capital, said:

The deal was introduced and advised by Shaun Knight and Tom Phillips, at BKPlus, who are the company's accountants and have worked closely with SME Capital on numerous funding opportunities.

Andrea Unwin and Francesca Sykes from Clarion Solicitors provided excellent legal support to SME Capital, managing to complete the transaction in less than three weeks from instruction.
