Reporting on a confidential basis, the business operates at the luxury / premium end of its market, serving a range of high-profile public and sporting events. Its loyal and diverse customer base reflects its reputation for first class products, specialist event experience and attention to customer service.  SME Capital provided a tailored funding package to facilitate the transaction and support the ongoing working capital requirements of the business as it continues to invest in its growth.  The transaction was fulfilled by SME Capital's deal team Paul Dolyniuk and Robert Hulse with SME Capital providing a bespoke multi-year facility.
