SME Capital completes funding of regulatory compliance solutions provider Eflow Global

SME Capital is delighted to announce its latest transaction, providing regulatory compliance solutions, information and communications expert, Eflow, with a bespoke funding structure.

Eflow is a provider of regulatory compliance solutions with its flagship and award-winning product, TZ Regulatory Compliance, being utilised by financial services institutions globally. Established as a family-owned business in 2004, the business model has changed in recent years and now operates a fully cloud based deployment solution.

SME Capital have provided a bespoke funding solution that will allow the founding family to buy-out a legacy minority VC position and continue its growth trajectory.

The 5-year funding line includes an initial capital repayment holiday and a lump sum bullet at maturity that will allow cash to be retained in the business to support managements future plans
